Athletes, Students, professionals….really anyone striving towards a goal-Listen Up:

To be the best, you have to be mentally strong enough to handle the worst.

What’s the worst? Criticism, failure, rejection, jealousy, pain, tiredness, disappointment, etc. All of these things and more are experienced by anyone wanting to be superior, elite, the best.

If it were easy, everyone would be The Best!

So what’s your plan? Are you all talk or are you willing to become so mentally engaged/tough/strong that you can handle the worst?
