Many athletes reach out to me for help with confidence, motivation, fear of failure and handling adversity during their season but especially after tough games or a few games of not playing up to their potential.

However, mental training and inner mind work is crucial for elite athletes anytime to make sure their mind is always in a powerful, confident place.


By incorporating personalized sleep recordings, 4 minute pregame recordings, self talk guidance, actionable tools and deep breathing techniques, athletes become more powerful and motivated. This allows them to enhance their skills even more, calm the mind and stay laser focused.


Daily mental work can lead to increased power, focus, motivation, and enjoyment in competition. What I do is very different than most and it’s all natural. It works if you listen.
